Returns & Refunds Procedure

All transactions entered into by WTComms with the consumer are subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This stipulates that the buyer has the right to cancel the contract and that such cancellations must be notified in writing to the seller within a period of 7 working days from date of receipt of goods. Less than 30 days In order to qualify for a refund please return the goods (in a saleable condition without any marks or dents and signs of use) with a copy of the invoice and a short note to say why you are returning the items and what you would like us to do (Replace or refund if it is a refund it will go back on card that was used on the purchase). More than 30 days We do not offer refunds for any goods returned after 30 days. However if you are looking for additional goods, we may be willing to offer some credit for goods returned. Faulty goods All our network cabling and equipment comes with a 12 month warranty. If the cable is faulty upon receipt, or develops a fault within the first 30 days, please contact us on 07973345098 to discuss the matter further. If the cable develops a fault after 30 days and prior to the end of the 12 months, please return the cable with a copy of the invoice (if available) or details of when the purchase was made along with your contact details. Consumer is defined as a customer making a purchase for their own personal use.
